Rumah Sakit Mitra Keluarga is seeking a dynamic and creative Promotion & Event Specialist to join our team in Bali. This role is crucial in coordinating and executing promotional activities and events for our hospital in Bali, with a focus on the Surabaya area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning and promotion, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize promotional events and campaigns for the hospital in Bali.,Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure effective promotion of hospital services.,Manage and execute event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management.,Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase patient awareness and hospital visibility.,Monitor and analyze the success of promotional activities through various metrics and feedback.,Collaborate with the Surabaya area team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events.,Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and promotion.,Proven track record of successfully planning and executing promotional events.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event planning and marketing software.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior in Bali.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
