📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks using espresso machines, drip brewers, and other coffee-making equipment.
• Bake and decorate artisanal pastries and breads according to recipes and quality standards.
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including cleaning coffee equipment and pastries.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, pastries, and other supplies.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of customer service and product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
• Basic baking skills and knowledge of pastry preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
