📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in biotechnology research and development.
• Proven track record of leading and managing biotech projects.
• Strong understanding of biotech industry standards, regulations, and ethical considerations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using biotech software and tools such as LabVIEW, MATLAB, and COMSOL Multiphysics.
• Certifications in relevant biotech areas, such as ISO 9001 or GMP, are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
