📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bancassurance, technology, or operations in the insurance industry.
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with digital banking and fintech solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in insurance or financial technology is a plus.
