📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to increase direct bookings and revenue.
• Analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Create and manage high-performing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and drive growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain marketing content, including website copy, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance and growth marketing.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
