Our state-of-the-art facility in Batam Kota, equipped with the latest industrial automation tools like SAP ERP and AutoCAD, will be your workplace. You'll use data analytics software like Tableau to monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze production data using Tableau to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Chinese suppliers and partners to optimize supply chain processes and reduce lead times.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
• Conduct process improvement projects using tools like Kaizen and 5S.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices for manufacturing efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices with the team.
• Attend trade shows and industry conferences to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Experience with industrial automation tools like SAP ERP and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with data analytics software like Tableau.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business.
