📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and other financial software.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or tax roles, preferably in a retail or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
