📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee fleet operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and performance tracking.
• Oversee warehouse activities, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with drivers and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Monitor and optimize warehouse processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance and warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions and fleet activities.
• Provide support and training to warehouse staff and drivers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet and warehouse administration or a similar role.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with fleet management software like Geotab or Fleet Complete.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
