📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.
• Maintain and update payroll records and databases using SAP Payroll and other relevant software.
• Calculate and distribute salaries, bonuses, and other compensation packages.
• Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports and tax filings on time.
• Assist in payroll-related audits and investigations as needed.
• Provide payroll support to employees, including answering questions and resolving issues.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations, and ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a multinational or international company.
• Proficient in using SAP Payroll and other payroll software.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international payroll laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
