📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging Mandarin lessons using interactive teaching methods and modern educational tools.
• Assess student progress and provide personalized feedback to help students achieve their language learning goals.
• Work with diverse student groups, from beginners to advanced learners, tailoring your teaching approach to meet individual needs.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of our curriculum, incorporating the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and motivating learning environment for students.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Mandarin language teaching and educational technology.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive student records, including attendance, grades, and progress reports.
• Participate in professional development activities and workshops to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
• Certification in Teaching Mandarin as a Second Language (TMSL) or equivalent.
• Experience using educational software and tools, such as Rosetta Stone, Pimsleur, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and motivate students.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students achieve their language learning goals.
• Willingness to travel to different locations within Jakarta Barat as needed.
