📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all export and import processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Monitor and analyze trade data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance our international trade operations and expand our market reach.
• Provide guidance and support to the export import team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all trade activities, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to build and strengthen business relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in export import management or a similar role.
• Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Experience with trade management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
