Your primary mission will be to support the accounting department in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. You will work closely with our team of experts, using tools like QuickBooks and Excel, to maintain financial records, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Support the accounting team in the preparation of audit schedules and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analyses.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Ability to work remotely and in a hybrid setting.
