📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, managers, and other stakeholders.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's learning and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
