📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their professional development.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
