Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively communicating with customers and addressing their needs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and promotions to effectively pitch and sell.,Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team and individual goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent.
