📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong candidate database and follow up with potential hires.,Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with local job markets and recruitment practices in Indonesia.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
