📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage and maintain inventory levels to optimize stock control.,Collaborate with the team to resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Certification in Six Sigma or other quality management programs is a plus.
