    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in post-merger integration and strategy enablement.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and executing integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising and marketing landscape.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
