📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Manage a team of staff, including supervisors, servers, and kitchen staff, to ensure efficient and effective service.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability, while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and control inventory levels, and ensure timely and accurate ordering of supplies.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving sales and profitability.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control.,Understanding of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
