Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the quality of patient care and service.,Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring they meet performance standards.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, insurers, and other stakeholders.,Monitor financial performance and ensure the financial health of the medical center.,Lead and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Ensure the medical center is equipped with the necessary resources and technology to provide high-quality care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
