📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the mining industry and labor market trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry standards in recruitment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the mining industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.
  • Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
