📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design appropriate training programs.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand training needs and provide feedback on training programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions.
