Hotel Nanda Store is looking for a skilled Lead Technical Writer to join our team in Maros. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation,Create user guides, API documentation, and other technical resources,Review and edit documentation written by other team members,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Mentor and train junior technical writers in the team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
