📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and supervising front desk operations and staff,Greeting and assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures,Handling guest inquiries and resolving complaints professionally,Maintaining accurate records of guest information and reservations,Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the reception area,Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences,Managing the front desk schedule and staffing needs,Promoting and maintaining a welcoming and professional image for the hotel

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist or similar roles,Proven experience in managing and supervising front desk staff,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities,Proficiency in using computer systems and office software,Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages
