Base Hub Berjaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Kupang. As the Lead Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and coordination of our fleet operations, ensuring efficient and safe transportation services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring adherence to safety and efficiency standards,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations,Monitor and maintain fleet performance, including fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and route optimization,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations,Manage and maintain relationships with third-party service providers, such as fuel suppliers and repair shops,Provide training and support to fleet staff to enhance their skills and knowledge,Analyze fleet data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards related to fleet operations,Valid driver's license and experience in driving commercial vehicles is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian language is required
