📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues,Install, configure, and update IT systems and applications,Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related queries,Monitor network performance and ensure network security,Manage and maintain IT documentation and records,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and best practices,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure efficient operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software,Proficiency in using IT support tools and software,Good understanding of network infrastructure and security,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment
