📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the daily menu.,Ensure the quality and consistency of food preparation and presentation.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in inventory management and procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record in food preparation and cooking.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.
