📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the sales performance of the team in Purwakarta and surrounding areas.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.

Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.

Provide training and support to the sales team.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products.

Participate in company events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Good understanding of the local market in Purwakarta.

Familiarity with sales software and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
