📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of soft services, including cleaning, maintenance, and concierge services.,Ensure that all services are delivered to the highest standards, meeting and exceeding client expectations.,Manage and mentor a team of service professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their best performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all services are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing soft services.,Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
