📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key accounts and distributors.,Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for sales growth.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance standards.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and data analysis tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior.
