📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.,Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Resolve operational issues and conflicts in a timely manner.,Provide training and support to junior staff to enhance their operational skills.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
