📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including management and external auditors.,Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and support.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
