📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager and regional office.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve store objectives and company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
